"We got in late, needed to sleep, otherwise I would have complained to staff requested another room."

The bathroom was terrible. Sink was half the normal size and poorly installed, toilet was installed crooked, no place to hang a hand towel or anything and ceiling vent fan was inoperative. Outside security door didn't latch without slamming it closed, so it was unlatched all night.

The price, the floors, and t he mirrors

The 1st room was disgusting, it smelled, the fridge was in the middle of the floor, paint peeling. I asked for a refund he said he had a better room which was on the 1st floor the door wouldn't even close, all the wsy the top latch wouldn't lock, the tub was disgusting the only nice thing about the hotel was the floors and mirrors... never tf again will I stay there.. the only reason I didn't push the issue was bc it was already 2am.. and they still made us check out at 11..
