We had a great stay from check in to departure. Kris Emerald was a great help getting us to the right places. We had an unfortunate incident in the bathroom he fix almost immediately. Pleasant and very helpful and knew and did his job well.

"Worst hotel stay experience."

I was very unsatisfied with this stay. I paid $280+ dollars (In my opinion it was over priced, and not worth it for what we endured.) Upon entering our room, we quickly observed puke and blood all over the curtains. The pillows were all dirty and stained. (Thank goodness we had our own along.) We were baffled to find bugs during a middle of the night trip to the bathroom. Along with the negative aspects of our room, sleep was awful.. there were many noisy people blaring music, going to poundtown, and dogs barking/ whimpering throughout the early morning hours. This is by far the worst hotel stay experience I've had when it comes to staying at a Holiday Inn. The lobby was so nice and clean. But the room and overall quality was terrible. Don’t recommend.
