The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s a real palace and the staff and views were exceptional. From check in to check out they thought of every detail. It was truly a royal experience.

"An unrivaled hotel experience"

If you have the chance and the budget to stay here you absolutely should - the building is astonishing in scale and intricacy. You can't get a full feel for it just by visiting for dinner or to the museum. Service is excellent, there were a few issues in the restaurant like bringing the wrong drinks etc but all minor and swiftly resolved.

To stay at Umaid Bhawan is to be treated like royalty. The staff takes painstaking steps to ensure very personal service and your complete satisfaction. My husband and I stayed for three nights to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to ensure that our private dinner was unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Starting with a very informative welcome tour by Sabitri. Punit was very helpful and went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurant service made it special by Virendra. Many thanks to Ranu Dingh who dropped off the Sunglasses to the airport because my wife left it in the hotel. We were treated like royalty. We will definitely refer our friends and will come back with family in the future.
