Vineyard Hotel

Its a truly great, classic, beautiful and affordable hotel. Recent remodel left a couple things in the room not quite working perfectly, but the staff is amazingly kind and supportive, and the hotel is exceptionally charming and and a great value.

One of the worlds best hotels! Understated elegance, superb friendly service, Beautiful gardens. Hope it never changes. Only suggestion is some discreet handrails on some of the garden path steps which are a bit tricky for elderly people.

Lovely old style hotel. Beautiful garden with pool. Loved the tortoises roaming the garden. A quick overnight stay for me but a place to linger longer. Maybe next time.

Beautiful hotel set in fantastic gardens. The room was lovely as were the staff - nothing was too much trouble. Would love to return.

Arrived early, was assured room would be ready asap. Received a key at 2pm ( normal check in time) for a room that they knew was inferior to the room we had paid for. Manager very rude. Was finally given a key for the correct standard of room. No apology given, infact quite the opposite from the Manager. The patio in the room we were given needs some attention, room very noisy from passing guests and employees and every conversation can be heard from the customers in the bar/restaurant area. We have stayed a number of times previously and have recommended your hotel to friends and family. We are very disappointed.

Beautiful property with stunning grounds incredible dining options super comfortable beds and rooms and the most friendly staff! We will absolutely be back we loved it here!!

My time there was going great until we came from a day out and recognized that our belongs had been searched through. And to our knowledge some of our monies were taken. Was told that the housekeeper was the only person in our room that day. And she was relatively new. Was ask why didn’t I secure my belongings in the safe. But the safe was broken and I hid my belongings not excepting housekeepers to go through my dirty laundry where I hid it. Was told I would receive a SMS report in 48 hours well it’s been a week and still nothing. Was told there would be an investigation and I will be notified of the conclusion and I still have yet to hear from the property manager or management.
