"Ok hotell for 1 natt"

Vi bodde én natt på hotellet og hadde et blandet inntrykk. Det positive var beliggenheten i forhold til flyplassen, som var veldig praktisk, samt god frokost og rent rom ved ankomst. Buss til flyplassen fungerte også bra, selv om prisen på 80 kr per person én vei er noe å være klar over.

Det som trakk mest ned var rommet. Vi hadde bestilt familierom, men det var svært lite og trangt, med to separate senger og en sovesofa gjort om til seng. Det var lite plass til å bevege seg, og rommet føltes ikke tilpasset en familie. I tillegg var det ingen aircondition, noe som gjorde at det ble ubehagelig varmt, og vinduet kunne bare åpnes på gløtt, som ikke ga tilstrekkelig lufting. Totalt sett et greit opphold for én natt, men romkomforten og ventilasjon trekker helhetsinntrykket betydelig ned.

"Good early breakfast"

Close to the airport

Staff treated guests who were booking through booking.com in not so nice way. Witnessed a lady being refused her room due to some transaction issues between Booking and the hotel. The lady was almost crying and the receptionist kept saying she couldn’t help her smiling in a passive aggressive way asking her to instead just call Booking.com. Heartbreaking to watch.
