Albergo Ristorante Tre Re

The location of the hotel is excellent in the centre of town, with short walks to the ferry’s. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus

No milk for the coffee/tea

We recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is nice, clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to be aware of is that noise can be an issue at night if your room is on the wrong side of the hotel.

The breakfast offered decent quality, especially for shorter stays of one or two nights. However, after staying for five nights, we found the selection quite repetitive. Every morning the hot options were invariably boiled eggs and hot dogs -there is an option to pay EUR10 for omelette and ham, but not what one would expect with the breakfast included expectation. It would be great to see a bit more variety, particularly the addition of fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, salad, cucumbers or other healthy options.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da mitten in der Altstadt und nur ein paar Schritte vom Comer See entfernt. Wir konnten nach dem sehr guten Abendessen im ruhigen und schattigen Innenhof des Hotels noch einen Abendspaziergang am See machen und die beleuchtete Altstadt genießen. Die Räumlichkeiten des Hotels sind ganz besonders, ein ehemaliges Kloster, verknüpft mit den Legenden, die sich um die Reliquien der Heiligen Drei Könige (Tre Re) ranken.

Es wäre gut, wenn die Garagenreservierung schon mit der Buchung des Zimmers angeboten worden wäre. So haben wir ein paar Tage vorher erst das Hotel kontaktiert. Ohne Reservierung hätten wir Parkprobleme gehabt.

Zentral Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett, helles Zimmer.

Frühstück haben wir auswärts genossen.
