Best Western Redondo Beach Galleria Hotel - Beach City LA

Average hotel/motel, enough parking places, clean rooms, simple breakfast included.

Not secured entrance, noisy AC, a bit noisy people outside,

My problem is I'm handicapped and they had a chair with wheels in a handicapped room.I sit in the chair and the cheer went back and I fell and bruised my tail bone

Also I was told because I was handicapped with a 2 torn ligaments in my knee with a brace of cane that I would not be charged $10 for parking. And they charge me anyway, I will speak with the manager in the morning. I thought they put my $100 back, however, they didn't that was money that I had put in through the ATM? So I will contact him on Tuesday, June 16th 2026. I think that the hotel should be a person word Jose informed me that because I was handicapped would be free for me to park and my handicapped placard was up the whole time, I was there. Also the breakfast, whatever type of eggs. They were armomi, I didn't want the same eggs in 2 days and you can't tell what's in there and the lady that I exit served them. Couldn't tell me What was in them for me to understand so I didn't eat them in the sausage. You can tell they cut them from the link which is okay. But they was not well done or done. It's quite as it could thank God for the microwaves in the room and I've stated best westerns, I like best westerns, this has just been the first one that had this situation. Also when I called, I had to go through 3 different people to even find out the front desk is the one actually, I need to speak with, and he said they put the money back, but it's not back, but as I said something was pending, and it was somebody I deposit ATM a $100. Monday, they send me back and they told me the wrong was $360 and he's charging me that extra 20 for both days, I was there once again I was told that parking was free because I'm handicapped and I didn't have to pay the $10 thank you.

Location was very convenient, food options were great, facilities were clean, room amenities were exactly what I needed, staff were friendly, environment was quiet during the week. Great Italian food close by, in walking distance.

Noise level went up on the weekend, but that is to be expected.

They advertise falsely and don’t honor prices they put online. Then lied to tell me they canceled my stay. Just to keep the money and try to make me pay again for another night. Scammers

I like that the property is on a nice boulevard and next to a gas station but the parking lot is very small and street parking also gets packed so there is not always parking available and you have to pay 20 dollars?
