La ubicació, excepcional

Feia fred a l'habitació i només hi havia la possibilitat de posar més aire fred o apagar-del tot la clumatització. Amablement el personal ens va explicar que la temperatura només es pot regular en posició d'aire fred a l'estiu i d'aire calent a l'hivern, i ara, 10 de Juny, estava en modus estiu (malgrat que al carrer hi havia una temperatura de 10 graus). I ens van oferir mantes, sense les quals no hauríem pogut dormir de manera confortable

l'hotel en general i l'esmorçar

Restaurant patètic, mal organizat menjar lamentable, vaig haver de presionar per menjar, només menú, personal no preparat i sense formació, sense reserva no podiem entrar i només hi havia dues taules ocupades al migdia i cap a la nit, resta del restaurant era buit. La conclusió: No volen gent al restaurant. Es preparat per "bodas, banquetes y convenciones", no pel client de l'hotel, aquest no el volen
