The staff was professional and pleasant. They ensured that all my needs were met. Any issue I had was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The location was amazing. Close to the river, downtown, and restaurants. I had a great experience. Thank you Canterra for everything!

Location and facilities were good

There was a constant noise from an extractor fan which was loud and present 24/7. Reception told us we could turn it off by flicking the fuse which we did on the last night

"Home Away From Home"

We were very early to our check in time and we were so thankful for the allowance to check in when we arrived. Our family of 4 had tons of room and were pleasantly surprise at how big the suite was! The 2 bedroom were perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked and happy to also have laundry right in the suite which was perfect as we'd been traveling for a bit. The suite was perfect and the hotel is conveniently located to everything with most food deliveries being 10mins away. We felt right at home.

Older facility that could use updating...but was clean and well kept. Only complaint...if you have a room street side, traffic noise will keep you up at night!
