Zimmer entspricht keinesfalls den Kriterien der Einstufung nach 4 Sternen: sehr klein, zudem mit Dachschräge, Ausstattung des Bads: keine Steckdose; wenig attraktives Frühstück nach Service und Angebot, sehr teurer Parkplatz...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und super gelegen – sowohl die Innenstadt als auch der Schlosspark sind schnell erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Besonders begeistert hat uns auch das Frühstück, das wirklich toll war. Insgesamt ein top Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einziger Minuspunkt waren die Parkgebühren von 15 € pro Tag, die wir etwas teuer fanden.

Die Zimmer sind auf dem modernsten Stand, ansprechend eingerichtet, das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich gut! Auch das Restaurant im Haus kann man bestens empfehlen! Die Möglichkeit, kühles gefiltertes Wasser kostenlos zu „zapfen“ ist sehr hilfreich und wurde sehr genossen.

Obwohl es direkt am Schlosspark liegt, muss man doch in die Stadt laufen oder fahren (fast 1km), um dort hinein zu gehen. Die Zimmer zur Zähringer Straße hinaus haben zwar einen schönen Blick in die Kastanienbäume an der Straße und weiter ins Grüne, sind aber durch die vielbefahrene Straße laut - schlafen konnte ich nur bei geschlossenem Fenster. Die Zimmer zur anderen Seite sind bestimmt ruhiger.
