Said there was breakfast. But no breakfadt

Stayed here after the hotel we had reserved at ran out of clean rooms. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet

Room was not cleaned. An employee who clocked out helped clean the room because she was ashamed someone could rent out a room like that. Unacceptable.

It was a good location, it was comfortable with all necessary amenities and l would say all the staff were friendly and welcoming and courteous. A+ for sure.

Overpriced for what it offered It’s in serious need of renovation Facilities are outdated

I would not recommend staying here. From the moment I arrived, the experience was subpar. The check-in process was unprofessional and confusing — there was no front desk bell or signage, and the staff member was hidden behind a closed door. I had to ask another guest for help, and it took nearly 10 minutes before someone finally came out. I wasn’t given a key sleeve with my room number or any Wi-Fi information. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana, and the elevator had issues during my stay. As for the advertised “free breakfast,” it consisted of a Nutrigrain bar and a basic cup of coffee — extremely misleading. But the worst part by far was the room itself. It was outdated, worn down, and not very clean. The photos online are definitely filtered and don’t reflect the actual condition of the property. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I expected much better from an Extended Stay location.

Towels, tub, sheets, pillows and beds were really clean & comfortable

No breakfast, hallways stunk, paint & repairs SEEM to be in some sort pause. The fridge was disgusting. Suite was not even close to being like any pictures online or in promotional posters on site.

Room corridor was smelling, no breakfast, poor wifi connection, no toiletries provided.. High price not value for money.. Not at all recommended to stay

Staff was friendly, room was clean. It served its purpose. I will stay here again.

The room was spacious.

There was no pool. The breakfast was only cold coffee and muffins and granola bars.
