Nothing…. Staff ruined everything for us. Also they like to scam their customers and dissmiss them

Everything, especially the parking situation where they tried to scam us and on top of that they rudely ignored or wouldnt listen to what we had to say. Disgusting experience.

La ausencia de personal para entrada salida y contingencias. El jabón no salía del bote. Había andamios y no lo habían avisado. Así como que había que subir unos peldaños para coger ascensor. El sistema de acceso no me ha gustado.

"Un lugar bien situado pero con opciones de mejora"

La localización. A tiro de piedra del centro y de muchos lugares de tapeo y ocio.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación está tan cerca de la cama que es incómodo. Las almohadas muy finas y blandas para mi gusto.

La limpieza de las habitaciones y la ubicación y el trato de los empleados

Que en la habitación no había un espejo grande,, para vernos antes de salir. En el aseo el secador de pelo, no funcionaba.
