I stayed at this hotel many years ago under different ownership, great to see that the quality of service and facilities have been maintained to a high standard. Located walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.

I would feel uncomfortable walking around the area at night time.. Hotel itself is safe and secure.

Regarding the evening Buffet,the food was the worst i have ever had.The meat must have been 3 rd grade chuck.It was impossible to cut,full of bone fillings . I should have stuck to the al la cart menu. They still made us pay R240.00 per person.What a rip off. The breakfast was fairly good but none of the waiters seemed to know what was going on .I asked for tea,yes tea for one,hot or cold milk,cold please.Tea came no milk.Has to get up and look for a milk jug,they had none,they gave mr a fruit drink glass.Can believe that in 8 months the service dropped from hero-to zero.I was really appaslleding.There were other visitors there who were also disgusted in the food.
