breakfast was great, rooms were clean

The bathroom is too small, and the shower drain was blocked. My baby was bitten by something in the camcot, but nothing was found after the team investigated. I did get feedback. The rate of the new room was exorbitant. I had asked to move rooms because the room I booked had a loft and it was not too safe for my 2 year old. We were moved to another room for the night, at a huge cost. I am still awaiting my refund on the initial booking. Please assist with this
