The location of the hotel was good, and we did appreciate the thoughtful touch at check-in, where they provided a nice little bag with useful items for our dog.

We deliberately booked a deluxe room and paid extra for it, but unfortunately this turned out to be a poor choice. The room was extremely noisy. We could constantly hear the elevator going up and down, the air conditioning made so much noise that we had to turn it off at night, and we could even clearly hear our neighbors talking. Because of the noise, we had to go to the reception in the middle of the night to ask for another room. Although the staff eventually helped us and we were given a different room, this was also disappointing: it was much smaller than what we had booked and expected. Overall, we found the price-quality ratio to be disappointing. Especially considering the extra cost for the deluxe room, we expected a comfortable and quiet stay, which unfortunately was not the case.

La ubicación, el personal y la atención. Las frutas que ponen están muy buenas, los cafés e infusiones que te puedes tomar están genial y todo en una estancia muy agradable.

Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con algunas toallas no adecuadas. Todo cambió al días siguiente.
