CenterWay Hotel Tonawanda

We were welcomed. Everything in the room worked and the staff were kind.

Very basic place with clean rooms. It is located about 30 minutes drive from the Niagara Falls. We booked three rooms with the belief that there is a snack bar/deli, but there are only a vending machine & tea/coffee with microwave, paper plates/ bowls and cutlery. We had food with us and there being limited place to sit, the gentleman at the desk kindly helped us find a place where we could all heat food and eat dinner together. There is no elevator to the upper rooms. Walls were rather thin & I asked for another room due to noise, but was told that it was full being the 4th of July, & I could complain to the manager the next morning. Overall clean and not unpleasant, and seemed well-staffed. Suitable for short stay on a budget.

A little confusing to get to at first. Right next to an apartment complex, and at night, looked to be part of it. Property is a little dated, but the bed was comfortable and the place is QUIET! No noise from the halls, no heating drains gurgling or toilets flushing. Just peace and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here for the convenience and the quiet. Not much on the amenities, so take that into consideration. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to sleep in between adventures, this is the place for you!

Me an my girlfriend stayed for a trip to Niagara Falls for the 4th of July, let me just say I’m rather disappointed with this hotel, the halls were dark even during the day, breakfast was advertised online as well as the road sign outside but it said “discontinued “ on a sign in the front desk, the cleaning crew was constantly outside smoking, the halls stink of tobacco an weed, and the lights in the room barley worked.

Nice, clean place to stay

It was an okay set up. No microwave or mini fridge in the room we stayed in. The wall to wall mirror behind the bed was odd. Retro looking room. Stayed in the non-smoking area of the hotel looks like they do allow smoking in some of the rooms. AC unit was loud which while getting used to it turned into white noise.

We got there , we were unsure if we were at the right place because the pictures looked so great. It was very scary. It was quite scary. We didn't know if we were going to just going to drive home to Canada! We booked the room because we had a concert at the Riviera theater.But we stayed, it's very dated. It's from the 80s or 90s. Carpet stained wallpaper coming off wall, Big hole in the screen of the window. Very cold air conditioner was cranked in our room. and the carpet was damp but bathroom was clean. Late at night they put someone in a room right above us.That was very noisy, and the hotel maybe had 5 guests.And it's a huge hotel.I don't know why they would do that . Staff is Friendly . they're hygiene is not.breathe was bad.sorry!

First foremost when entering in the building you will smell the funky scent of the hospital

Friendly staff, it was very quiet, calm and clean

Great value for the location. Locally owned and managed. Very close to the Tonawanda trail which provides easy access to the Canal area. Room was very quiet. The microwave in the vending area was kept very clean! Yes, it's an older hotel but it's well kept and provides great value for the area.
