Preis/Leistung traumhaft Hotel hat alles was es braucht inklusive kostenlosem Parken was in anderen Hotels in der Regel zwischen 20 und 40 CAD pro Nacht kostet. Das kann sich schnell summieren. Gute Anbindung an die Metro Station, mit der man in ca 15-20 Minuten zu allen wichtigen Punkten der Stadt kommt

It was the worst experience that I had in a hotel! I couldn't sleep because whenever I wanted to rest, someone out of nowhere was trying to open the door of my room by card! Even at first the staff gave me the key of another room, and when I opened it someone was already there! I can't understand how it can be so complicated for a hotel not to give the key of a taken room to other people!!!

Very disappointed with this stay. The building is old, which I could have looked past, but for the amount of money we paid, I expected a lot better. The room was dusty, the mini fridge smelled bad, and there was no microwave unless you paid extra (which I've honestly never heard of at a hotel before). The room setup was strange too. There was only one outlet available to charge our phones because the others were being used by the small TV, and there wasn't even a proper dresser, just a weird shelf. Two of the three lamps didn't work, the room phone didn't work, and the hallways had a weird smell. On top of that, every time someone above us used their shower, there was a loud rattling noise in our room. The only real positive was the staff, who were friendly and helpful, and the locations. Overall, not worth the price.
