Fraudulent behavior disguised as "customer service" This hotel is engaging in outright deceptive practices. After requesting a refund of my deposit, their customer service team flat-out refused to provide me with a transaction screenshot or any written proof that the money was sent. Instead, they gave me the runaround with vague verbal assurances that it "should be released automatically"—which is not a legally acceptable answer. Without a receipt from their system, I cannot dispute this with my bank, and they know it. By stonewalling my request for documentation, they are effectively holding my funds hostage and avoiding accountability. This is not a mistake; this is a deliberate tactic to make me give up. I now have no choice but to treat this as a fraudulent charge. Do not trust their empty promises—demand written evidence, or you will be left chasing your own money. Avoid this place at all costs.
