Hotel Boston

The hotel was okay — well located and with a good quality-price ratio. However, the staff was extremely rude during my stay for the Boston Marathon. Before arriving, I asked if I could ship my race outfit to the hotel, and they confirmed it would be fine. When I got there, they told me they had lost the package (which was pretty expensive, by the way). They couldn’t provide any clear explanation of what happened and simply said they may have given it to someone else. To make things worse, the guy at the front desk even screamed at me and was very disrespectful. Then, when I was leaving the hotel, the same guy tried to sell me a massage device that I honestly believe another guest may have forgotten there. Overall, a really bad experience on my end. It’s a shame, because the location is actually very convenient for the race.

Great location, close to nice restaurants, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Building is a bit dated, was a bit noisy on the lower level so we were moved to the upper level at our request which was much quieter.
