"Nice stay"

The girl in reception when we did our check-in was super super nice, and the guy when we did our check-out was also very attentive. Pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable

The location is hard to access if you don’t have a car, the rooms are older than what is shown in the pictures

Ingen egentlig reception, så lidt forvirring om det, og personen var meget dårlig til engelsk. Fine senge, men forstår ikke de fire stjerner, f.eks. gammelt badeværelse, hvor tapetet visse steder hang i laser. God bar og hyggelig terrasse/have ved poolen. To gange brandalarm om natten, heldigvis falsk, men hvor personalet tilsyneladende ikke anede, hvordan de skulle agere

Hébergement calme au milieu de la nature. Le ménage moyen avec des cheveux et une tâche bizarre dans le lit. Pas mal de fissures sur les murs de notre chambre. 2 alarmes incendies à 2h du matin très mal gérées par le personnel qui n’était absolument pas formé pour gérer une situation aussi grave. C’est inacceptable. Ils savaient même pas comment éteindre l’alarme incendie, ils étaient obligés d’appeler pour pouvoir faire ce qu’il faut et laisse la clientèle dans le flou. C’est ma première et dernière dans cet hôtel. Je suis pourtant un fidèle du groupe accord.
