Disgusting. It appeared that the carpets had not been cleaned in years. They also appeared to be the original carpets from the 70s. To say it didn’t feel clean would be an understatement. I was shocked that the building hadn’t been razed yet. To charge a room rate seems criminal.

The hallways smelled really bad. I know the stairs smelled like wet dog and chlorine. I know they allow dogs but it was enough to make me gag. My daughter and I actually went and bought a aromatherapy diffuser to help cancel our the smell we had. The people were friendly the kitchen looked clean, we unfortunately had to leave at 6:15 and it wasn't ready yet. Our room was dated but okay.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Above and beyond customer service wish I couldn’t stayed longer

I visited with family for the weekend. My first room smelled soon as you opened the door. The entire carpet was damped, and the smell didnt help. I was offered to get another room, i changed rooms. The next room still had a smell to it but i opened my refrigerator and there was nothing but ants inside. I told fromt desk and was told to put my food in the dinning refrigerator. I would have to wait till in the morning for housekeeping to clean out the refrigerator but why? No discount or anything just horrible.

The front desk was helpful but there ended up being a charge on my card that I did not use to pay for my stay. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and luckily they refunded me. I spoke to the hotel about the charge and they had “no record of it”.

Property is very clean and quiet.
