I really liked the feeling of safety. It was quiet. The front desk staff was really nice. The continental breakfast was really good. Temperature was on point.... cold was cold and the hot was hot. Check in and check out was easy.

Wasn't a very clean facility in room and out dated

The hotel was not bad at all for the price, and breakfast was great. The issue was paper-thin walls where you could hear everything.

Things were ok except the second night there was so much noise from the next room I could not sleep. Issue was fixed the next day once I reported it

It was clean but rooms were small.

The rooms are very small and compact, the 30" flat screen is wallmounted 6' from the floor. The bed could have been more comfortable. The bathroom linens need to be replaced. The hallway carpeting needs a deep cleaning.

The poor review I left on the hotel website mysteriously isn't there. The photo in the ad looks nothing like the actual rooms. This is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The entire hotel looked in disrepair: chipped paint on the door frames, and the stair treads were stapled onto the stairs. The first room we were put in, the fridge had heavy rust at the bottom. The desk clerk moved us to a room on the 2nd floor. The hallway leading to the stairs reeked of marijuana. Once in our room, which was uncomfortably small, there was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke and air freshener. My husband started experiencing a headache and my eyes started watering. There was no way we could stay the night in that room. We went back to the desk and told the girl we couldn't stay and requested a refund to my card. She stated I'd have to contact the mgr. I've attempted to contact her twice to ask for a refund, without a response. The overall condition of this hotel makes it better suited for a homeless shelter instead of a hotel. As well as the lack of professionalism of the manager, I would not recommend this hotel to leave a dog, let alone a human.
