Séjour agréable avec un personnel aimable et à l'écoute ! La propreté et les mesures sanitaires sont bien respectées. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. L'hôtel est très en retrait du centre ville historique et il faut prendre une voiture pour se déplacer. A mon avis cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles

Personnel plutôt peu agréable et donnant bien l'impression que tout le dérange surtout porter un masque et se laver les mains visiblement! Ils touchent leurs masques, ne lavent pas les tables entre deux clients, ne changent même pas les assiettes si le client Precedant ne s'en est pas servi! Une honte!! La serveuse du petit déjeuner nous demande de porter des gants mais ne se lave jamais les mains, elle se touche le visage, débarrassé, remet une assiette tout ça dans la mauvaise humeur et le manque total d'hygiène! En période de covid, ils ont tout compris! Enfin en ce qui concerne la piscine, il faut rentrer par l'issue de secours et sortir par le restaurant entre les clients qui mangent, d'après l'hôtesse d'accueil. Bref, n'y allez pas!

Séjour en couple pour deux nuits. Il manquait certain essentiel dans la chambre. Assez bruyant. Le petit déjeuner était assuré avec les mesures sanitaires liées au Covid. Je conseille le restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé

Pour moi la seule chose de vraiment important dans un hôtel c’est la qualité du sommeil. Expérience horrible pour moi. Literie dure comme la pierre. Impossible de garder la climatisation car trop bruyante. Donc chaleur étouffante. Pour ce qui est des odeur de moisissure et des fourmis,là je comprend. Les mois de confinement on dû jouer.
