"Excellent"

Very clean and accessible to all. Ross was very helpful when I phoned about my sunglasses. Will recommend this place. Breakfast is good and the rest of the staff are very approachable.

"Excellent"

Hotel building is unremarkable. View from the front is excellent. Unfortunate that when the hotel was nearly empty we got a room that looked out on a blank wall. Breakfast was very good indeed. Real kippers from a smokery. Buttermilk pancakes with syrup.

I told the manager before leaving that I have stayed in so mamy 5 star hotels in my life but I was pleasently surprised the excellent customer service in this hotel. Amazing morning breakfast for free... Free milk to make tea.. Clean n tidy room and free parking... What else do you need? Would consider coming back because of their customer service. Excellent staff
