"Good location, and with some changes, it could be a good hotel"

The staff were great, really helpful and warm.

There wasn’t any hot water the first night. The lift wasn’t working, which after being at a festival for three days would have been helpful. There was no way to buy drinks when getting back later.

"Wouldnt stay there again."

Staff were friendly and great location for public transport

First room i was in looked like a hostle. Tv wasn't working, was noisy because of thin windows and had to move as another room had a leak which was fine. New room had two beds and one was broken, bathroom wasnt clean. Because of that I didn't stay the full 5 days, left Sunday evening. But staff were friendly. Probably wont stay there again. Very disappointing. 16 years ago I was supposed to stay there and it closes down with no warning.
