Miła i perfekcyjna obsługa, bardzo czysto w całym obiekcie, znakomite śniadania i wspaniała restauracja. Gorąco polecam. Jeśli kiedykolwiek ponownie będę w Łodzi to wybiorę Hotel Grand.

Great style, perfect location. Rooms are spacious and well designed.

Breakfast service was very approximate. Reception staff was not as courteous as one may expect.

Luksuriøst og gennemført Fitness var lækkert og meget specielt, wellness ligeså nogle klasser over standard og værelset ditto

Woda w basenie ma chyba 35 stopni 😁😁 całe spa bardzo przyjemne choć trzeba przyzwyczaić się do tego ciepła . Pokój bardzo ładny , przygotowany do spania chociaż nie zauważyłam uchylonego okna na szczęście było ciepło. Śniadania bardzo pyszne
