"Świetna lokalizacja, poza tym totalne rozczarowanie"

- obsługa - niekompetentna, niereagująca na prośby i zgłaszane uwagi - strefa dla dzieci, w której większość powierzchni zajmują świecące i grające automaty do gier oraz maszyny losujące, przez cały pobyt musieliśmy odciągać od tego dziecko (oczywiście wszystko dodatkowo płatne) - brak zestawów higienicznych w pokoju (wyłącznie mydło z dozownika) - brak wody butelkowanej w pokoju (wyłącznie automat w holu) - co ciekawe - zarówno woda jak i zestaw kosmetyków mają dedykowane zdjęcia w galerii pokoju na Booking - brak pilota do klimatyzacji w pokoju - dostępny w recepcji na specjalne życzenie - brak klimatyzacji w częściach wspólnych - wystarczyło, że na zewnątrz zrobiło się cieplej, a przy kręglach, w sali zabaw dla dzieci czy nawet przy recepcji można się było dosłownie rozpuścić - jeden parasol nad leżakami przy zewnętrznym basenie - nasza prośba o rozłożenie została zignorowana - śniadanie co najwyżej poprawne - zapach kanalizacji po powrocie do pokoju, jeśli przed wyjściem nie zostawiliśmy otwartego okna
