Все на гарному рівні, персонал, номер сучасний, тихий,все працювало, сподобалася кухня, є бассейн та сауна, своя парковка,в пішій доступності магазини та паркові зони. На поверсі є кулер з холодною газованою та негазованою водою.

У залі прийому їжі коврове покриття в деяких місцях трохи смердить. У номері інтернет слабенький. По телевізорі українських каналів взагалі нема.

W hotelu byliśmy drugi raz,wcześniej 3 lata temu.Doskonała baza wypadowa, blisko do Karpacza i Szklarskiej.Miła obsługa i zawszę uśmiechnięta. Nowoczesne lobby i elegancka restauracja. Duży basen z ciepłą wodą, daje możliwość relaksu po górskich wedrówkach .Śniadania dobre każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Sympatyczny pan barman.

Pokój przytulny, mimo że meble są już trochę starsze.Wygodne łóżko. Byliśmy 4 noce. W ostatnim dniu pobytu o godzinie 9.00 a śniadania są do 10.30 nie było już praktycznie pieczywa,a o bułkach mozna zapomnieć. Hiszpańska wycieczka robiła sobie prowiant na drogę .Personel powinien przewidzieć taką sytuację.
