Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn

I have kind of a mixed response to this hotel. The good: 1) Staff has been very friendly and helpful 2) The breakfast spread is outstanding and offers many more options than most hotels. 3) There is an attached Perkins restaurant which was very convenient since we avoided having to go out in the heavy rain for dinner. 4) This is the best shower (not shower / bath) since we have been traveling this trip. Great shower head and a good non-slip floor. The not-so-good (probably due to the increasing labor shortages) 1) Like most hotels we have visited this trip, they are not as well cleaned as they used to be. There are dust bunnies in the corners and some sticky places on the floor. 2) Routine maintenance seems to be slipping. The lock on our door failed locking us out and while sitting in the hallway waiting to get back in several people stopped to find out what was going on, and commented that they had problems in their rooms as well - failed air conditioning, lock problems, coffee maker problems....) That said, since the lock problem seemed to be intractable, they actually called out 3 of the maintenance people and got the door open even though they had to destroy the lock to get in. 3) This is just my problem. I far prefer King rooms, and the hotel, though very large lacks enough king rooms.

Everything was perfect and i will be going back... my brother came on the trip and he is going back with his wife

Checked in super late and the front desk agent was still very friendly. Room was very clean and cute. Property had many amenities and breakfast was great! Also used the pool and hot tub before we left. Great stay on our road trip across the country.

Our team had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again if we return to Butte! The front desk staff were friendly and ready to help however they could. They provided a shuttle for us in town and the shuttle driver was super nice and full of information about the town. The breakfast room staff were amazing! They were so thoughtful and accommodating, especially Mary Ann! Mary gave us some tips on where to spend our day off and the sites she recommended did not disappoint!

Best hotel I have stayed in! All the staff are so nice and make sure you are having a great stay, the breakfast is amazingly good! The view in there is perfect, comfortable bed, the rooms are great, and the hotel location is great too!

Kindest workers i’ve ever met. We stayed about 4 days due to a volleyball tournament, and they treated us so well. Always available and smiling.

Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and so friendly. They made sure our stay was quality and warm. The rooms were clean and I LOVED the homemade cookies at the front desk each night :)
