Everything was fine other than the barking dogs.

Excellent hotel for value and all round comfort. We had the warmest helpful welcome from reception upon our arrival. The room was super modern, clean and fresh. It had a Huge smart TV, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was lovely and the light up large vanity mirror in the bathroom was a great help. Breakfast was decent, good choice of hot and cold. Super clean. If the fridge hadn’t frozen all our fresh food and fruit I’d probably given 5 stars for an overall value, comfort, what’s provided, lovely staff and modern room. The bar down stairs was a great way to start our evening, great value and large choice of drinks. The barman was super helpful and welcoming. We are at Perkins attached to the hotel, that was also excellent, great food l, staff and value. I’ve done a separate review for that. We were Impressed and glad we have another booked.

I picked what I thought would be a modest, clean "budget" hotel for my husband as a homebase for hunting all around the area. I ended up coming to stay with him for a few days and was very surprised at how nice the rooms were, and how outstanding the staff was. The lobby is newly renovated and beautiful. What a deal!! Even the breakfast buffet was the best I've had in any economy hotel. I brought my own special oatmeal and the small paper bowls weren't working great. For my last day, Mary Ann promised me she'd find me a real bowl. She brought her own bowl from home! That is over the top service. Just wow! The location is perfect. Everything was very clean. Everything felt safe in the parking lot. They do not allow local people to stay so you know it's only travelers. We were not disturbed by noise from neighbors. Oh and the shower. They had a rain showerhead and the pressure was better than anything I have ever experienced. EVER! The beds were so comfortable, lots of pillows. I can't think of a single thing that we wanted for in this hotel. We will definitely be back.

I'm not sure why this hotel is reviewed so good. The rooms are small. The front desk was extremely rude at one.. Breakfast is decent, the staff in that area, very friendly and professional. I'm giving one star because of the very rude front desk. Right around the corner, Fairfield Hotel is a much newer and nicer hotel.

The room was clean and cute with the wall mural! Loved that it was attached to a Perkins!

Place is pretty nice. Very comfy bed. Clean rooms, however there was almost no TP or Kleenex and they had none at desk. So I waited over an hour to receive a roll of TP. The pool and hot-tub were nice, however jets did not work. The breakfast was really good with alot of variety.

We absolutely enjoyed the breakfast. Best selections and quality of food. Definitely enjoyed the room. It felt like a new, upgraded room. Front desk was amazing, friendly, and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!
