La posizione è senz'altro ottima, molto apprezzabile il parcheggio. La camera ampia e accogliente. Buono il coffee corner.

Manca temporaneamente l'aria condizionata e per scusarsi la struttura offre un drink al bar ma sarebbe forse più utile avere una bottiglia d'acqua in camera.

Polecam. Hotel w samym centrum, miła obsługa, czysto. W pokoju rodzinnym mieliśmy dwie łazienki, co było ogromnym udogodnieniem. Śniadania obłędnie pyszne i urozmaicone! Dla dzieci świeżo pieczone gofry z przeróżnymi dodatkami; pyszne świeżo pieczone pieczywo, znakomite wędlinki i wiele więcej.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu tuż przy głównej alei prowadzącej na Jasną Górę.

Brak możliwości zjedzenia obiadokolacji w postaci szwedzkiego stołu, mały wybór dań z karty restauracyjnej. Zamówione danie z wołowiny nie nadawało się do jedzenia poprosiłem o wymianę na inne danie co uczyniono. W pokoju wg wykazu z karty w minibarku pokojowym w lodówce brakowało 4 produktów - zgłosiłem ten fakt w recepcji i nie zostałem obciążony. Uruchomienie telewizora wymagało interwencji recepcji. Klimatyzacja w pokoju przestarzała, z zatartym oznakowaniem pokrętła co uniemożliwiało rozpoznanie prawidłowego nastawienia - poprosiłem panią pokojową o instrukcję jak mam ją ustawić- pani chętnie pomogła.
