Staff are professional but not ‘polished’, a little training would soften any sharp edges.

Very helpful staff. Room with full size bed was large enough. Excellent shower. Light switches by bed worked well. Bathroom shelving in front of mirror was convenient.

The lighting for the bathroom mirror wasn’t broad enough for precise shaving.
