Everything was wonderful but I noticed with an experienced eye that furniture in room was worn and brass wrapping art around check in stations was not polished. Small details that indicate a lack of attention or money or care.

"Für den Besuch von Versailles optimal. Das Hotel an sich ist schön."

Die Zimmer sind schön groß.

Das Personal im Barbereich und auch im Frühstücksraum war servicetechnisch unterirdisch unterwegs. Am ersten Abend wollten wir im Barbereich etwas essen, zumal wir beim Einchecken den Hinweis bekommen haben, dass man hier bis spät Abends etwas bestellen kann. Als wir um 18.15 Uhr etwas bestellen wollten bekamen wir den Hinweis, dass die Küche gerade Pause macht und wir erst ab 19.00 Uhr etwas bestellen können. Dabei wurden uns die Speisekarten wieder abgenommen. Um 19.00 Uhr ist es uns dann gelungen, Getränke zu bestellen. Unsere Zeichen, dass wir gerne etwas bestellen würden, wurden ignoriert. Um 19.30 Uhr ist dann beim 3. Kollegen gelungen, eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Im Frühstücksbereich wurde insbesondere von dem männlichen Personal der Servicegedanke bereite geschoben. Die Teller stapelten sich auf den Tischen und wurden nicht beachtet. Nur die einzige Kollegin hat die Situation erkannt, und Teller mitgenommen.

"Fabulous place to stay super comfortable and excellent location for everything - train, restaurants"

Excellent location and very comfortale hotel, great beds and good maid service.

Service in bar /Restaurant - Most of staff were very lovely and tried very hard but there were just not enough of them, they were too busy for the amount of people which led to slow & poor service but not there fault!

Die zentrale Lage zum Schloss von Versailles ist traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer (Superior Doppelzimmer) ist recht klein. Eigentlich reicht es für eine Nacht völlig aus. Wenn man länger bleibt fehlt im Zimmer ein Kleiderschrank. Man lebt direkt nur aus dem Koffer

"Parfait pour un Week end à Versailles"

Très bel Hôtel à 400 m du château de Versailles, facilitant les visites à pied et permettant de faire plusieurs Aller / retour dans le parc (spectacles de jour et de nuit) Chambre King Size très propre et joliment décorée Petit déjeuner continental varié en sucré et salé

La chaleur intense de l'extérieur forcait la climatisation dans la chambre ce qui génère du bruit.
