Le Louis Hotel Versailles Château - MGallery Collection

Versailles 3 Fantastic location, room underwhelming We arrived early. About 1pm, and luckily our room was available. We had booked a superior room and had expected something quite special, given the photos on the Accor app. We’d paid quite a bit - over £200 per night. The room we got for all that money was a disappointment, quite frankly. It was small and had various problems. The carpet was slightly dirty in places and the sink didn’t drain properly. More seriously, the TV screen was broken so we only got half a picture. It seemed really small for a supposedly superior room. I did quite frankly feel a bit cheated - and I’m an Accor member. However, the room did technically possess all the things it said on the app. So I was not really in a position to complain. The TV screen was replaced during our stay. What is undeniable is that this hotel is in the best position for touring the chateau. It’s really close! It’s a good place to stay if you want to be one of the early birds, and see the chateau before it fills up. It’s also round the corner from the Rive Gauche station, making it a good base for trips into Paris. But then, so is the Ibis and that’s a lot cheaper!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut hinsichtlich Qualität und Auswahl. Räucherlachs sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Lage des Zimmers an der Strasse: sehr laut. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Aber dafür konnten wir problemlos das Zimmer wechseln.
