"Die Stadt Augsburg ist eine Reise wert"

Die Lage zur Augsburger Innenstadt spricht fuer das Hotel. Die Tiefgarage war ebenso praktisch. Das Personal an der Rezeption ausnehmend freundlich, hilfsbereit und flink. Kompetent und professionell auch der Service an der Hotelbar.

Das Schluesselkartenkodiergeraet war den ganzen Samstag sowohl als auch Sonntag ausgefallen. Um sein Zimmer oeffnen zu koennen, musste immer die Person an der Rezeption bemuehen. Das ist nicht nur eine Zumutung fuer die Gaeste, sondern definitiv auch fuer die Mitarbeiter. Das Personal beim Fruehstueck war nicht in der Lage den Filterkaffeeautomat in Gang zu bekommen, und das zur Hochzeit des Fruehstuecks um 0800hrs. Ausserdem gabe es nur einen Kaffeevollautomaten, die Schlange davor war entsprechend...
