Staff were trying to help - but couldn't solve the problems I (and other guests) encountered Breakfast was quite ok

Airconditioning: not working, although it was a main reason to book the hotel in the sweltering heat of last week. It only produces a very bad smell in the room, without cooling. TV: not working ("it has been broken for quite a while"), AND there was no remote control There was an open 'appliance' with wires on the wall, without the cover I had to change rooms, the result was the same. It also wasn't very clean My initial room (5th floor) couldn't be reached with the elevator, I needed to walk up the stairs There was a lot of noise in the courtyard outside I had to wait a long time at check-in, and then the room code didn't work (the hotel's keycard system has apparently been broken for a long time as well). All in all a very bad experience and I will ask for my money back!

Desde que lleguemos el aire acondicionado del hotel estaba dañado y con temperatura de 31* grados se les preguntó al personal de recepción y su respuesta fue que ellos no eran técnico de refrigeración

Die zentrale Lage

Klimaanlage defekt bei den aktuell tropischen Temperaturen (wird erst am Montag repariert!!) und TV lief auch nicht (auf Nachfrage wurde geantwortet, dass eine Störung vorliege, die bis 22 Uhr behoben werde,...hahaha,...lief natürlich am nächsten Tag bei Abreise immer noch nicht!!)

La ubicación perfecta, justo al lado del hbf de Duisburg.

Estábamos a más de 30 grados y justo todos los aires estaban dañados, fuimos varias personas, distintas habitaciones y en NINGUNA había aire acondicionado. Ilógico que sabiendo la temporada no se preocupen por algo tan indispensable.

Freundliches Personal, Parkplatz auf dem Hof der verschlossen ist (gegen eine Gebühr von 12 Euro pro Nacht). Türschloss mit 8 stelligen Pin für das Hotelzimmer.

Ja wo fange ich da am besten an?! Dreckiges Duschhandtuch, hab aber an der Rezeption sofort ein neues bekommen. Die Bettdecke unter dem Bezug war voller Flecken. Die Teppichränder an der Wand entlang richtig staubig. Duschabfluss verstopft, ein Licht im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, zum Glück ging die andere noch, keine Steckdose im Badezimmer, der Föhn ist hinter dem Fernseher versteckt. Im Seifenspender war eine leere Dose, daneben stand eine wo noch etwas drin war, warum packt man die leere nicht direkt weg? Wenn man etwas in den Müll schmeißen möchte, muss man ins Bad laufen weil dort der Mülleimer steht.
