Die Unterkunft war sauber und ist praktischerweise direkt am Bahnhof gelegen.

Das Personal war teilweise nicht sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer fehlten die Nachttischlampen. Das Hotel war zwar nicht teuer, aber man bekam auch nicht viel für den Preis. Ich war schon in deutlich besseren Hotels, auch in deutlich attraktiveren Städten, die insgesamt günstiger waren (vor allem, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir für Frühstück und Parken extra zahlen mussten).

Das Fenster konnte in der Nacht nicht offen bleiben, da unser Zimmer in Richtung Fußgängerzone ging und der Lärmpegel der Obdachlosen enorm hoch war. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung.

Wenn in einer Beschreibung lediglich „Parkplätze vorhanden“ steht, geht man als Gast in der Regel davon aus, dass diese zum Service gehören oder zumindest kostenfrei sind. Um Ihren Gästen künftig unnötigen Frust und Extrakosten zu ersparen, sollte das Hotel diese Information transparenter gestalten, etwa durch die klare Angabe "Gebührenpflichtige städtische Parkplätze in der Nähe".

Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer im 400er Bereich benötigt mal wieder eine Renovierung. Wie nennt man es so schön: "In die Jahre gekommen". Direkt am Bett keine Steckdosen, Abstand zur Wand auf einer Seite sehr gering. Die Reinigung könnte gründlicher sein. Unter dem Bett waren noch etliche Staubflusen.

Moin, sehr freundliches Personal.Das Zimmer war sauber,und absolut ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Frühstücksbuffet hält alles parat,was man für einen Start in den Tag benötigt.

Die Parkplatz-Situation,...leider sehr begrenzt.
