Chambre petite, calme, parking impeccable
Overnacht van 11/06 op 12/06 geen airco in de kamer. Terug overnacht van 19/06 op 20/06 airco op de kamer werkte nog steeds niet. Voor de rest geen echte klachten. Voor een goede nachtrust vind ik een frisse kamer een must.
Il serait bien de faire réparer les portes des chambres et du couloir, car chaque portes claques groom ne fonctionne
Good for overnight stop , I stay here often en route to Switzerland, friendly welcoming staff , comfortable bed , large car park quiet hotel
on a eu un peu froid la nuit dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de couvertures supplémentaires ; si on remettait le chauffage, je ne sais si on aurait eu plus chaud mais le bruit de la soufflerie est trop fort donc embêtant pour s 'endormir sinon lit très confortable, personnel très agréable
Got asked to pay the hotel fully at arrival and I forgot I already paid in Expedia. They couldn’t do the refund on site so asked a remote colleague to deal with it, I still don’t knownifninwasbtefunded successfully or not, the receptionist couldn’t confirm when I left on day 2. My bedroom was not serviced well: new towels dropped not folded on top of the toilets which isn’t the cleanest place to out serviettes. My bed wasn’t made (o did not take part in the scheme to cancel the room being cleaned in exchange of a drink so I expected to have the room serviced fully) A few bits and bobs like the soap in the shower which was not fixed to the wall (must have broke and didn’t get fixed) But bed is comfortable, breakfast is delicious, I love the size of the table for working in the bedroom, staff is polite, plenty of car park spaces (yet they must fix the potholes). Located close to a few places to eat and a big commercial center, so very good for business stay.
As mentioned previously I’m happy with the staff but the noise situation at night is unsatisfactory, it’s almost impossible to sleep Sadly last time I’ll book that ibis
