great budget hotel stayed for one night on route to Italy
Good value, reliable WiFi, clean room, helpful staff. Recommended. Need a car to reach the location. Ample parking. Breakfast not included in the room price.
Ibis hotels speak for themselves, generally a cut above mid range rivals. At Mulhouse the restaurant served excellent dish of the day in the evening. The lady overseeing breakfast needs to know room entry cards on tables don't need taking away when the guest is at the buffet selecting their food. Also not to attempt restocking clean cups while a guest is getting coffee and therefore has to move out of her way. Neither was her attire appropriate, no uniform or even tabbard just civvies which were a bit 'tired'.
A well run chain hotel - helpful staff and it was in good condition. Ideal for a stopover our way to Italy. Had we stayed a while we would have liked a pool etc, although it is in an industrial zone with some other hotels rather than a tourist area.
Hotel is good value for money. It's very cheap, and therefore basic, but it is clean, the breakfast buffet is good, and the staff were very responsive. Only downside was the room we were first given stank of smoke, despite being a no smoking hotel. That isn't really the hotel's fault though. They gave us a new room right away.
Air condition unit was not working and it was going to take till next day to find an engineer . Poor repair service.

Had a great stay at the Ibis. Rooms were clean and serviced everyday even over the christmas holiday. Not extravagant but well appointed and in a nice quite area.
The rooms were exceptionally hot but the staff would not switch the air conditioning on
Ideal for overnight stay on way to Paris Airport. Rooms are clean but small. Located in small industrial area off the motorway. Restaurant on site with limited menu. Breakfast is also available at an extra cost.
