ibis Toulouse Blagnac Aeroport

Nice stay overall. Found the room a little small and the waiter at the restaurant brought our food in the wrong order, but we were pleased overall.

Nice hotel, free parking, convenient satisfying restaurant. Room was a little too small and the bed not very comfortable.

Close to airport

Excellent for a one night stay if you're coming to the airport. The room is small and lacks some amenities (coffee maker, fridge, etc.) but for the price, the hotel is very good. It has a good restaurant attached which comes handy since there's no other restaurants or markets in walking distance.

Very practical for the airport. 5 minutes drive and free parking excellent value for money for a hotel before an early flight. Slept very well

Standard room miniscule! Staff was very helpful accommodating our respective complaint and changed us to a larger room with king-size bed, which was then perfectly adequate. Good location close to the A/P, would come back.

If you plan to walk to the airport be aware that it is a good 20+ mns with part with no street light and under big trees so very dark at night. I had an early morning flight and did not feel safe walking to the airport during night time.

Room was tiny, booked two rooms and was asked at checkin if we wanted them close to one another which we had said yes and had ticked on booking, wasn’t told anything till we went up to the rooms and they couldn’t have been any further apart. We were asked for a card on checkin for a security deposit which in fact they went and charged for an extra room by mistake, went to ask it to be fixed in the morning and was charged city taxes again in order to receive the refund so ended up paying extra. Also the cleanliness was shocking considering COVID, there was trays sat outside rooms with left over food for the whole duration of our stay without them being collected, the breakfast buffet was not COVID secure at all and the choices very limited with little on offer and gone off fruit. The apples were left on the side from the day before and are simply sprayed with a little water. All in all I wouldn’t recommend.

Good location and value for money. Unfortunately the airport shuttle service was not available on the check-in day or our check-out day and that was the main reason we chose the hotel.

Easy to book, clean, staff ok too. Although I was very disappointed that I was charged 14 Euros for a taxi fare from the hotel to the airport (Europcar car hire). I was ready to pay him around 5 Euros but was shocked to hear that he was charging me 14 Euros! All that was because it wasn’t a drop off at the Airport (literally 2 seconds walk from the car hire company) but a drop off at a car hire location. What a joke that was. I ended up paying him the fare reluctantly…
