It was clean

When I got there the the reservation got messed up and I ended to have to pay an extra $20 on top of the booking that I already did once we got to the room mind you it's in the middle of January. The heat did not work sufficiently the heat came on, and it was blowing lukewarm air, even when we turned it all the way up to 85. It was still freezing inside of the room, I had to take covers off the bed and put it up under the door to even keep some type of warmth in the room.

They were accommodating with our room change request. The room was pleasant and the price was great. The beds were comfy.

There were a few dead bugs in our room. There were also some live ones.

The receptionist was kind and patient. The gentleman picking up lost items around the facility was a sweet man.

Nothing happened that would make me not want to go back.
