"Terrible experience , a waste of my money and vacation"

Noisy, dirty and the staff were rude. Bar was closed and also no breakfast times were stated. When we eventually got the breakfast times as we’d not pre booked it we couldn’t buy it. Also building works going on which began at 7.30 drilling and banging outside my room. Reception not interested

"Prijs kwaliteit vr herhaling vatbaar !"

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Uitgebreid ontbijt, mr broodjes werden niet altijd even tijdig aangevuld. Ontbijttijden erg ruim, lekkere koffie en lekkere Utrechtse Oude Gracht-kaas !

Badkamer : water in lavabo liep slecht weg (defect afsluiting ?) + douchekop had wel wat anti-kalk-aanslag kunnen gebruiken.
