"Horrible customer service with small, dirty rooms"

It was not a good experience. The service was horrible. When we asked to upgrade the room we were told that all the rooms of the same size. There was not room service. We checked in the hotel again as we had missed our train. We were given our old room again which was not cleaned.

"A draw for train travellers"

Five minutes walk downhill from the train station made the hotel a great draw for travelers arriving by train. The room was typical of Ibis hotels -- clean, well-lit and adequately equippped. The only snag was we were initially assigned a room which wasn't made up after the previous guest's departure and we had to wait for a while before the reception found us another room!

I was put in a room to the front where I could hear the traffic throughout the night. Would only stay here again if my train was getting in very late or leaving very early

"Visit to Lourdes"

Visited the Pic Du Jer, Sanctuaries & Chateau Fort. Great scenery. Good place to relax since it is quiet now. But most places/museums were closed.

"EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXCELLENT FOOD. TOP CLASS HOTEL"

GREAT EXPERIENCE. WOULD LOVE TO VISIT AGAIN. STAYED ONLY FOR A COUPLE OF NIGHTS BUT WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE WARMTH AND FABULOUS SERVICE.

"Excellent"

Stayed for 2 nites, location was convenient. Nearby supermarket, walking distance to the sanctuary, 15 min walk. Breakfast was good, comfortable beds though room is quite small. Will recommend this hotel.
