je me rends régulièrement dans cet hôtel, les prix sont plus qu’abordables, les dames à l’accueil sont devenus comme des amies haha, tres chaleureux et professionnels sans parler des chambres dont l’état est impeccable. A proximité du centre à pied, bref rien à redire
Aucune mauvaise surprise, personnel très accueillant, chambres impeccables et confortables, petit déjeuner très copieux, établissement très bien placé et ambiance chaleureuse.
Grei frokost for de fleste men sukker søt småkake til frokost for dem som skal ha glutenfri, vegetar mat var skuffende, dermed ble de masse yoghurt mat på meg. Annbefaler at de som skal ha glutenfri mat til å ta med seg knekkebrød og annen brødmat med seg hjemme fra. Rommet hadde en merkelig lukt men litt aromateraputiske oljer til sengetøy på sprayflaske gjorde susen for å ta knekken på den. Badet var enkelt og greit men badproppen lekte så mye at jeg måtte bruke en liten plastikkpose for å tette proppen for å hindre alt vannet skulle renne helt ut av badekaret når en skulle fylle d opp med vann - klagde på dette men ingenting ble gjort. Renholdet var bra og staben var hyggelige selv om ikke alle kunne snakke eller forstå engelsk så det generelt greit.

Tout est parfait de l accueil à la propreté de l etablissement, en passant par le restaurant. Un modèle. Un personnel toujours souriant et agréable. Hâte d'y séjourner de nouveau en début d'année prochaine

Hotel has everything that you need. It's close to the town centre and tram lines so easy to get to and from Lille.
We were attending the area for a family wedding. The hotel was as you would expect from IBIS all round excellent. The area is a former working town primarily in textiles and like all old textile towns is in need of investment and new industry. History says in has strong links with the resistance movement from WWII.
