Hôtel juste correct malgré un super accueil tard le soir à notre arrivée. On nous a bien changé de chambre à notre arrivée à notre demande pour occuper une avec baignoire. A partir de 1h 15, 1h 30 du matin, les voisins de l chambre d'à côté ont transformé le 6e etage en un marché de palabres, parlant fort, se disputant fort, avec des amis venant d'autres chambres ou de l'extérieur empruntant l'ascenseur hyper bruyant pour les rejoindre, nous empêchant de dormir. Nous avons sollicité l'intervention de la réception pour calmer ces voisins bruyants, mais quelques minutes après, ça a recommencé, meme en baissant d'un ton. Ayant le sommeil léger mon epouse et moi, notre sommeil et nuit etait gâchés. J'avoue que la réception de l'hotel a fait ce qu'elle pouvait, et il n'y a que le bruit horrible de la mécanique de l'ascenseur qu'in peut lui imputer.

Je reviendrai prochainement lors d'une autre visite à Roubaix. Établissement bien situé, un prix attractif pour la fin de l'année.
Personnel efficace autant au petit dejeuner quelle gentillesse service bar et accueil souriant avons reussi a rire malgré notre deuil reviendrons dans de meilleurs moment bisous à l'équipe et a black and white...biz d'une petite dame...black and white.....
Bonjour, L'ensemble du séjour s'est correctement déroulé. Néanmoins, certains points ne sont pas à la hauteur: - Malgré un taux d'occupation de l'hôtel faible, l'ensemble des clients est concentré dans une partie de la structure. Cette pratique est inadmissible: nous ne réservons pas une chambre pour subir les comportements bruyants des autres clients (d'autant plus que nous n'avons pas demandé la réalisation du ménage tous les jours). - Nous n'avons pas apprécié la manière d'être interpellé par la réceptionniste à la sortie du petit déjeuner. Son attitude n'est pas professionnelle (tenue surprenante pour une professionnelle au contact de clients), sa remarque infondée, et le ton méprisant. - L'odeur de la cigarette le matin...et celle au niveau de l'accueil...
Le séjour était convenable
Verzorgd hotel, goed ontbijt. De kamer toch wat klein.
La decoration, vraiment pas jolie. Pas de coin salon.
