"déçu des prestations"

surpris de savoir que le parking était payant nous cherchons avoir des explications le monsieur de l'accueil nous répond désagréable limite aller vous faire voir. nous étions en couple l'hôtel à mis en notre disposition 2 lits jumeaux de plus nous étions obligés de dormir séparément car nous avons eu 2 petites couettes au lieu qu'il nous mette même une grande couette ça aurait fait l'affaire très déçu de notre séjour. les prestations servi ne correspondent pas aux 3 étoiles

Auf der Rückreise von Südfrankreich übernachten wir immer in Orleans auf der Hälfte der Strecke, diesmal im ibis Centre Gare. Das Hotel liegt in der Bahnhofsgegend und macht von außen erstmal einen wenig einladenden Eindruck. Aber beim Empfang begrüßt einen das mehrsprachige Personal schon mal sehr freundlich, und wenn man dann das moderne, ruhige und klimatisierte Zimmer betritt, weiß man, dass man die richtige Wahl getroffen hat. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Fußminuten gut und sicher erreichbar, es gibt einen mit Schranke und Kamera überwachten Parkplatz. Das Frühstück ist (für französische Verhältnnisse) ausreichend, auch wenn der Frühstückraum selber nicht zum ausgiebigen Frühstück verleitet. Aufgrund der zentralen und dennoch ruhigen Lage, des freundlichen Service und des guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement. De l'accueil jusqu'au départ tout s'est très bien passé. Chambre impeccable et personnel très agréable furent au rendez-vous.
