B&B Hotel Boulogne Sur Mer Centre Les Ports

We stayed for one night. Parking is connected with a bit run down shopping centre and you need to pay €8 per night for it. Tickets are given by the hotel reception. There is a lift going to shopping centre but if you are unlucky to arrive out of shopping centre opening hours, you will need to use stairs. Once you get in to the hotel, the reception staff is really friendly and go above and beyond to help. There is a 24/7 bar. There is also small food court. We had a dinner and breakfast there which were very good Room was standard size, with big double bed, TV and a desk. Hotel reception was very kind to ask if we would like a cot for our baby. It was set up on our arrival. Room and bathroom were both clean. The bathroom was equipped with shower and hair dryer, there were towels and shower gel. After all quite nice stay.

The staff in this hotel were beyond helpful. I had arrived at the hotel having been involved in a fall that resulted in a bad injury. The staff couldn’t have done more for me. They are absolutely diamonds

Good, friendly and casual. Different to the larger IBIS hotels which use uniforms and have greater breakfast choices. Perfectly adequate.

Good hotel, 5 minute walk from the bars / Resturant’s. Also went to the sea life centre which is only 10 minutes away. Great service from the staff.

We were very pleased with the lovely staff but feel the hotel is rather dated! New beds would be nice not added toppers! Room very tight for space and few electricity sockets. TV signal reception of UK channels not working, very disappointing! Excellent refitted shower wet room.

A quick stopover. Everything was good. Lovely staff. Great location and view of River. Nice meal in the restaurant at a reasonable price. A little surprised there wasn't a PowerPoint near a mirror so I could use my straighteners. But a hairdryer was supplied in the bathroom. I would book again.

Staff were really friendly, would go back if was in the area - really good location for Nausicaa

All was good. Extremely warm welcome and explanation of hotel facilities. Room was spotless with large comfortable bad. Close to centre with numerous bars and restaurants and had pleasant walk along the quayside. Definitely would recommend.
