L’accueil le jour de mon arrivée a été top par contre le second jour la personne à l’accueil qui avait changé n’a pas été très aimable. Sur 3 nuits, il y a eu une soirée où il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude donc après une journée de travail ce n’est pas très agréable. Je comprends aussi les conditions particulières pour le covid mais devoir aller chercher son ptit dans l’hôtel ibis à côté Fait penser que nous ne sommes pas important quand nous réservons chez ibis budget...

Réservation à l'ibis budget, surclassé à l'ibis 3 étoiles qui a manifestement besoin de travaux d'isolation, nous avons écouté tout ce qu'il s'est passé chez nos voisins à n'importe quelle heure. Sinon propre et personnel accueillant.
