"Save your money and book elsewhere."

Location was close to the port - 15 min drive One of the breakfast baguettes seemed fresh. Secure car park with code access

The staff member on arrival ignored me for over 5 minutes before acknowledging me & checking me & my family in. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning. Also looked dirty & dingy especially by the boor handles and light switches, the top bunk bed wasn’t made up and had hard metal bars at each end which made it unsuitable for a small child. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, the fruit salad was brown, there were flies on the fresh meat & cheese. The Madeline’s were extremely dry, the bacon and sausages looked raw and very undercooked. There were no tea bags for the loose tea just 2 metal infusers which looked like they had been used a lot and not cleaned. My son put an egg in the water bath and took it out 10 minutes later to find it completely raw. The fruit bowl looked like it had been there for weeks, mouldy bananas and wrinkly apples.

Lack of lights leading to car park and entrance not working We arrived at 11pm after long hot journey Difficult to find our bearings LIFT far too small. Glad that I only had an overnight bag
