Birn place, mais vieillot. Moquette a changer, climatiseur/chauffage bruyant, le pommeau de douche fuyait de partout et a été changé à ma demande. La chaine ibis interdit aussi les brosses dans les toilettes!!!???
We really came to see the great cognac houses so this accommodation suited us fine as it was close to everything. It is basic but comfortable and the extra charge for the breakfast was really worth it.
Arrived on late on Saturday unfortunately not many places are open and majority of businesses close on Sunday and Monday. Martell offered a great tour best to book in advance for language tours. Have enjoyed my stay and definitely go back.

It was an ok hotel. It was enough for us as we were only staying one night. Location was great...walking distance to all the cognac houses
Very friendly & helpful service from reception. Comfortable bedding, tasty breakfast, free parking nearby and walking distance to everthing you would want to see in Cognac.
Hotel was OK, rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet was free, but the food was very expensive and not very nice at all. Only ate in there once and then took food back to the room from elsewhere.
Basic but comfortable stay made better by the friendliness and helpfulness of th staff.
It was as expected a very functional hotel, helpfull staff, good location for visits to Hennessy and others. Breakfast to expensive. Good choice of restaurants in the town centre.
